2400062 – Wearable Robotic Technologies
Wearable and proximal robot technologies such as exoskeletons, ortheses and prostheses represent a forward-oriented research topic, as they actively compensate for motor and sensory weaknesses, limitations and disabilities of humans or enhance human motor and sensory skills.
The lecture provides an overview of the field of wearable robot technologies and conveys an understanding of symbiotic human-machine integration as a core topic of anthropomatics.
