00076 – RIG Lecture Series
The course is structured as an inter-institutional lecture series, concurrently offered by various German institutions affiliated with the Robotics Institute Germany (RIG). In the lecture series students are offered an overview of significant open research directions related to AI-powered robotics by leading figures in the field. The lecturers are affiliated with various RIG partner institutions and students from various RIG partner institutions attend the lectures remotely. The lectures cover topics such as cognitive robotics, robot learning, robot perception, manipulation, natural interaction and communication with robots, human-robot interaction, soft robotics and responsible robotics. The exposure to top researchers in the field from different German institutions and the possibility of exchanges with students from other German universities are unique opportunities offered by this lecture series.
