2400048 – Humanoid Robots - Seminar
The students choose a topic from the field of humanoid robotics, e.g. robot design, motion, perception, learning and conduct a mostly independent literature research on that topic with the support of an experienced supervisor. At the end of the semester they present their results and write a paper in English in the style of a scientific publication.
Learning Objectives:
The students have gained experience in doing independent literature research on a topic of ongoing research. They have studied, understood and compared different approaches tackling the selected scientific problem. The students are able to write a survey of the different approaches in English and in the style of a scientific publication, and to give a talk on the chosen topic.
Examination: Oral presentation at the end of the semester, and a written paper.
Registration in ILIAS. Limited number of participants. Please explain in a few sentences why you would like to participate in the seminar and which courses you have already attended in the field of robotics or at H2T.
