Learning Objectives
By the end of this seminar, students will be able to:
• Understand and apply data-driven agent-based modeling principles and frameworks
• Design and implement data collection and preprocessing pipelines for agent-based models extraction
• Select and apply appropriate data-driven extraction techniques
• Validate extracted model against ground truth models
• Implement and simulate agent-based models using established platforms
• Evaluate model fidelity and performance
• Communicate technical findings effectively through presentations and written reports
Required Skills
• Object-oriented programming (Python, Java, or equivalent)
• Basic understanding of data analysis and preprocessing
• Familiarity with agent-based modeling concepts
