2312671 – Superconducting Nanowire Detectors

In “Superconducting Nanowire Detectors”, patterning, experimentally determined characteristics, theoretical models describing superconducting micrometer and nanometer-sized structures (nanowires) and their application as Superconducting Nanowire Single-Photon Detectors (SNSPDs) are considered.
