The lecture is open to Bachelor, Master and PhD students. In WS 2025/2026, the short lectures from ZEISS experts and extensive group work focus on developing practical experience analysing, developing, and pitching innovative business ideas based on optics & photonics technologies. How can new technological developments that lead towards continuously smaller & cheaper light sources and hyperspectral sensors be translated into impactful innovations in existing or new markets? Grades will be given based on a group business pitch and jury questions.
