KIT Student
- The KIT account for students consists of a u-code (your personal code: uabcd) and a password.
- With your KIT Account, you can log on to many KIT sites, e.g. to KIT-ILIAS, KIT W-LAN, KIT printer, your student mailbox, and many more.
What to do if you have forgotten your password?
- If you still know your current password you can change it in Self Service Portal.
- If you do not know your current password please contact the SCC Service Desk and have a new password set. Since this can only be done by showing your identity card, you must visit the SCC Service Desk in person. It is important that you follow the corona rules that are signposted.
What do I need to get a KIT account?
After a successful enrollment, the login data should be sent to you by mail. If you have not yet received them, please read on under the heading "How do I get my KIT account?"
How do I get my KIT account?
To obtain a KIT account (if not already done), send an e-mail to the SCC Service Desk. You should then receive your login data by mail within the next few days.
TIP: Of course you can also visit the SCC Service Desk in person. There you will receive all information regarding your KIT account. Please pay attention to the designated Corona rules during a personal visit and observe them.
How do I log into KIT-ILIAS?
Important information before the initial login!
Before you can log on to a KIT platform, e.g. ILIAS, you have to activate your KIT account. For this purpose you have to log in under https://my.scc.kit.edu/aktivierung and set a new password. Now all platforms relevant for you should be activated.
For a regular registration, please proceed as follows:
- You visit the page ilias.studium.kit.edu .
- Then click on the field "Anmelden" (Login) in the upper right corner.
- Now click on "KIT-Konto".
- Then enter your login data.
- Finally click on the field "Einloggen" (Login).
